Section 01 General Terms & Conditions
5bdt (operating under the domain 5bdt.ws) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 5bdt and its users ("Members" or "you").
5bdt reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through the 5bdt website, mobile app, and any other channels — including Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, virtual sports, and other gaming services.
1.2 Third-Party Terms and Conditions
5bdt uses services from various third-party software and game providers. Those providers' own terms and conditions may also apply. In the event of any conflict with 5bdt's Terms and Conditions, 5bdt's Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Section 02 Membership & Registration
The following requirements must be met to open an account and use 5bdt's services:
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your country, whichever is higher.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
- You must have full legal capacity and must not have been declared legally incompetent by any court.
- You have not previously been banned by 5bdt.
2.1 Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same device, IP address, payment method, or on behalf of multiple household members is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds forfeited.
Opening a new account without closing an existing one is strictly prohibited. If you have an issue with a previous account, please contact our support team.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@5bdt.ws. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Section 03 Account Verification (KYC)
5bdt is committed to complying with international financial regulations. As part of this commitment, verifying member identities through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is mandatory.
3.1 When Verification Is Required
- Before Your First Withdrawal
- For deposits or withdrawals above a specified amount
- If unusual activity is detected on the account
- Whenever 5bdt deems it necessary
3.2 Required Documents
- Identity Document: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
- Proof of Payment Method: Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. That said, 5bdt aims to process verification as quickly as possible — typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Section 04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
5bdt accepts various payment methods for deposits — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved methods. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
- Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- If a delay is caused by a technical issue, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Standard member withdrawal processing time: 12–24 hours.
- Withdrawal processing time for VIP members: 5–30 minutes.
- Cancellation options are limited once a withdrawal is in progress.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
5bdt strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended pending investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
Section 05 Bonuses & Promotions
5bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each offer comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
- The same promotion cannot be used more than once.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonus wagering contributions may vary by game type (e.g., slots = 100%, table games = 10%).
- Bonus claim periods typically range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer.
5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses
5bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, the terms of any bonus already in progress will not be changed mid-way.
Section 06 Gaming Rules
All games on 5bdt are conducted fairly and transparently. We use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent third parties.
6.1 Game Results
All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. Once a game has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the system will determine the final outcome.
6.2 System Errors & Malfunctions
Winnings that appear abnormally high due to a software or hardware error will not be considered valid. 5bdt reserves the right to void any payouts resulting from such errors.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
- Bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sports governing body.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Odds in live betting change rapidly — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
Section 07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5bdt and will result in immediate account termination:
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Attempting to hack, introduce malware, or carry out any form of cyberattack on the platform.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
If such activity is proven, not only will the account be closed, but all funds will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Section 08 Responsible Gaming
5bdt believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our members to game in a healthy, responsible manner.
8.1 Self-Limit Settings
5bdt lets members set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits. These can be adjusted at any time from your account settings.
8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Protection of Minors

Section 10 Dispute Resolution
5bdt is committed to resolving any disputes between the platform and its members promptly and fairly.
10.1 How to File a Dispute

- Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
- Complex cases may require up to 7 business days to investigate.
- If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to senior management.
10.2 Betting Disputes
Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 72 hours of the result being announced. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.
All game logs and transaction records are stored in our system. In the event of a dispute, these records shall serve as the definitive evidence.
Section 11 Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closure. Under normal circumstances, any remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed.
11.2 Closure or Suspension by 5bdt
5bdt may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
- Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
11.3 Inactive Accounts
A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
Section 12 Limitation of Liability
5bdt is not liable for:
- Games left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Service disruption by a third-party payment provider.
- Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence or a security breach on the user's part.
- Service may be unavailable during unplanned system maintenance or upgrades.
In all circumstances, 5bdt's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited over the last 30 days.
Section 13 Changes & Amendments
5bdt reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via email or through the platform. However, continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
Section 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming licensing laws and the laws of 5bdt's registered jurisdiction. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction. Users in Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
